A car accident left Dr. Ivan Bracic with a severely injured back as a young man. That experience led him into chiropractic, and 30 years later, it still drives how he runs this practice. Novaré Injury Care and Rehab is a medically integrated injury recovery center in Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres, built on a simple idea: diagnose accurately, treat thoroughly, and never rush a patient out the door.
Dr. Ivan Bracic, DC | Clinical Director Founder
A car accident left Dr. Bracic with a severely injured back as a young man. That experience led him into chiropractic, and 30 years later it still drives how he runs this practice. He has treated over 30,000 patients, supported over 10,000 legal cases, and holds certifications in trauma care, spinal decompression, MRI interpretation, and the AMA Permanent Medical Impairment Examination.
He is Trauma Team Certified through the Academy of Chiropractic at Cleveland University-Kansas City, a Certified Independent Chiropractic Examiner, and speaks nationally on injury care, functional wellness, and longevity. He speaks fluent Spanish.
Dr. Javier Sosa, MD | Medical Director
Dr. Javier Sosa, MD is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with over 38 years of experience dedicated to whole-body wellness.
A graduate of Universidad Central del Caribe School of Medicine in 1987, Dr. Sosa completed his residency at St. Mary's Hospital, where he laid the foundation for his career in patient-centered care. Fluent in both English and Spanish, he has served the Fort Myers community with compassion and clinical excellence for decades.
Today, as part of the team at Novaré, Dr. Sosa integrates the best of traditional medicine with regenerative and functional approaches to help patients regain vitality, reduce pain, and achieve long-term health goals. His philosophy centers on restoring energy, improving function, and preventing disease through personalized, science-backed care.
Dr. Sosa lives in Fort Myers with his wife Christina and remains deeply committed to empowering his patients to live stronger, healthier, and more balanced lives.

We Diagnose Before We Treat
Every patient gets digital x-rays on the first visit. When disc involvement is suspected, we require MRI before starting spinal decompression. Dr. Bracic reads every scan himself. No guessing.

Novaré serves Fort Myers, Lehigh Acres, Cape Coral, Estero, Naples, and all of Lee County. We've been part of the Southwest Florida community since 2019, and Dr. Bracic brings 30 years of clinical experience from his practice in Illinois.
Our staff speaks English and Spanish because a significant portion of our community, especially in Lehigh Acres, communicates in both languages. Clear communication isn't a perk. It's a requirement for good care.
